Shipping & Returns
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other country.
Returns & Credits
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
Shipping Times
Your order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. Items we have in stock will be shipped from our warehouse 3-5 business days of your order date.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it should arrive within 3-7 business days.
Please note that your order may experience delays due to high volume orders during promotional events or seasonal demand.
Standard Shipping: New Zealand
We courier most New Zealand orders via Aramex, depending on the size and weight of your order. We prefer to use as few boxes as possible to conserve materials. If one or more of your items require extra processing time, or an item is not in stock at the time of order, we will ship your items as soon as possible.
Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or NZ holidays as business days.

All prices shown are in NZ dollars and are subject to GST. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change at any time. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
